Offsite and onsite grilling of whole pigs is available to customers. Open pit charcoal grilling is used currently. This is popular for outdoor events as well as for wedding receptions, engagement, birthday and BBQ parties.

Pork chop, is a cut taken straight close to the spine of the pig. It usually contains part of a vertebra. We recognize the fact that there are variations of the pork chop (center cut or the pork loin chop) and might not have all the variations all the time.
